Blockages

A  blockage refers to any obstruction or buildup within a plumbing system that impedes the flow of water or waste. Blockages can occur in various parts of the plumbing system, including drains, pipes, toilets, sinks, and sewer lines. Common causes of blockages include the accumulation of debris, grease, hair, food particles, mineral deposits, and foreign objects such as toys or sanitary products. Blockages can lead to slow drainage, backups, foul odors, and in severe cases, flooding. Clearing blockages typically involves using methods such as plunging, snaking, hydro-jetting, or chemical treatments to remove the obstruction and restore proper flow.

Pipe Relining

Plumbing relining, also known as pipe relining, is a process used to repair damaged or deteriorating pipes without the need for extensive excavation. It involves inserting a flexible liner coated with epoxy resin into the existing pipe. The liner is inflated, and the resin cures, creating a new, seamless pipe within the old one.  It's commonly used for repairing sewer lines, stormwater drains, and other underground piping systems where they can not be easily accessed for example under a concrete.

Mini Excavation

Mini excavation for plumbing refers to the use of small or compact excavators to perform digging and trenching work for plumbing installations, repairs, or replacements. These mini excavators are smaller in size compared to standard excavators, making them suitable for navigating tight spaces, residential properties, or areas with limited access. Mini excavation is commonly used in plumbing projects such as installing new sewer lines, water mains, or septic systems, as well as repairing or replacing damaged pipes or drainage systems. These machines are versatile and efficient, allowing plumbers to complete excavation work quickly and with minimal disruption to surrounding areas.
